Procedureflow is heading to Genesys Xperience 2026
Every agentic AI deployment eventually runs into the same wall: the knowledge underneath it. Procedureflow is going to Genesys Xperience 2026, the CX and AI industry's premier event, running September 1-3 at Wynn Las Vegas, to show how we're closing that gap as the AI knowledge infrastructure behind both human and AI agents.
Genesys Xperience 2026 brings together three days of keynotes, hands-on AI workshops, and CX leaders from across the industry to explore what's next for customer experience and AI.

A show built around the hybrid workforce
This year's Xperience theme centers on reimagining the human and AI workforce. Genesys is putting agentic orchestration front and center, spotlighting how organizations are moving past isolated automation and into a world where humans and AI agents work side by side, in the same workflows, toward the same outcomes.
That's not a future state for us. It's happening right now.
What is AI knowledge infrastructure?
Every AI agent is only as good as what it knows. AI knowledge infrastructure is the layer that captures process knowledge once and delivers it consistently everywhere it's needed: to a human agent mid-call, to an AI agent executing a workflow autonomously, and to every system in between. Without it, agentic AI has nothing reliable to reason with. With it, every action an AI agent takes is grounded in the same accurate, compliant process a top-performing human would follow.
What is Procedureflow's role in agentic AI?
Procedureflow has always been about one thing: making sure the right process gets followed, every time, by whoever, or whatever, is handling the interaction. As agentic AI moves from pilot to production across contact centers, that mission is expanding.
Procedureflow is becoming the AI knowledge infrastructure for both human agents and AI agents: a single source of truth that streamlines process workflows and keeps every interaction accurate, compliant, and on-process. It doesn't matter whether it's a person following a workflow on their screen or an AI agent executing that same workflow autonomously. As agentic AI takes on more of the frontline, the organizations that win won't be the ones with the most automation. They'll be the ones whose humans and AI agents are working from the same playbook.
That gap is wider than most teams realize: industry research shows only about a third of contact center knowledge bases are considered ready to support AI today. Knowledge infrastructure, not automation, is the real bottleneck to scaling agentic AI successfully, and it's exactly the gap Procedureflow is built to close.

Xperience 2026 is shaping up to be the moment agentic AI stops being a buzzword and starts being a blueprint. We're excited to be part of that conversation, and to show what's next for Procedureflow along the way.
